delivery windows:

deliveries can be made made Monday - Saturday 11am - 6pm (unless specifically requested at an additional cost) orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next morning and delivered the next delivery date.

delivery process:

For residential deliveries, we will knock or ring the doorbell. If no one answers within ten minutes, we will place your floral order in a secure location near the door. Should the recipient be unavailable, we will send a courtesy text or email—based on your provided information at checkout—to inform the sender that the flowers are waiting outside.

Due to a high volume of orders, we cannot remain longer than ten minutes with your arrangement. We kindly ask you to be prepared to either receive your flowers or notify the recipient of their arrival.

While we take every precaution to leave flowers in a safe spot, we cannot be held responsible for any damage due to weather, theft, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For deliveries to condominiums or apartment buildings with lobbies, we will either leave the flowers at the front desk or at the building’s entrance, depending on the delivery policies. If there is no immediate response, we will notify the recipient via text or phone call that their flowers are at the desk or front door.

Again, please be prepared to receive your flowers or inform the recipient of their delivery, as we cannot wait due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your understanding.

If for any reason your arrangement is arrives damaged please take a photo within 2hrs of delivery drop off and email inquiries@fikaflowershop.com. If the recipient or anyone is not available to receive the flowers, they will be left at their front door (where flowers are involved weather plays a big role in our leaving the florals). The gift giver will be notified and it will be their responsibility to let the gift recipient know of the gift's arrival. If the weather is not cool enough for the flowers, the flowers will be redelivered the next business day but the gift giver will be responsible for an additional delivery fee. Fika Flower Shop will not be held responsible or liable for any stolen or damaged gifts subsequent to the gift's drop off. Please note that florals are perishable and once they leave our environment, it is difficult for us to guarantee their life span.
