what happens if the recipient or anyone is not available to receive the flowers personally?

If the recipient or anyone is not available to receive the flowers, they will be left at their front door (where flowers are involved weather plays a big role in our leaving the florals). The gift giver will be notified and it will be their responsibility to let the gift recipient know of the gift's arrival. If the weather is not cool enough for the flowers, the flowers will be redelivered the next business day but the gift giver will be responsible for an additional delivery fee. fika flower shop will not be held responsible or liable for any stolen or damaged flowers subsequent to the flowers’ drop off.

can I pick the flowers in my arrangements?

Unfortunately, flowers cannot be picked - the flowers of the week are seasonal and are dependent on the flowers available at market that season as well as designer’s discretion. for custom orders email inquiries@fikaflowershop.com

how often are deliveries made? 

Deliveries are made mon - sat between 11 am 6pm (unless specifically requested at an additional cost). Orders placed within business hours will be processed that same day and delivered the next delivery date. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next morning and delivered the next delivery date. 

are refunds or shop credits available?

At Fika Flowershop, we are dedicated to providing fresh, exquisite florals. However, it's essential for our customers to understand that fresh flowers are delicate and require proper care. With the right attention, we guarantee your flowers will last a minimum of 48 hours from the date of pickup or delivery. The way you care for your flowers will directly influence their longevity!

If you are not satisfied with the lifespan of your flowers, please contact us at inquiries@fikaflowershop.com within 48 hours of your pickup or delivery date. We kindly ask that you provide a detailed description of the quality issue along with photos of your flowers. For valid quality concerns, we will gladly exchange the arrangement or bouquet for a new one. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Additionally, we do not provide refunds or replacements based on personal preferences regarding color or flower choice. All our arrangements are 'Designer's Choice and based on seasonality' created at our discretion using what is fresh and available in the market. This flexibility allows us to craft unique pieces with interesting seasonal blooms.

what are seasonal arrangements?

Our fresh flowers bouquets are a high quality selection of florals conditioned and style, ready to be put in a vase. We highly advise that the recipient unwrap the bouquet immediately upon receipt, fill a vase about halfway with fresh water, and arrange the florals to their liking. please make note no leaves are floating in water to expand lifespan.*Please note that we will not be held responsible for the condition of bouquets once the florals and their quality are confirmed and signed for by the person receiving the bouquet. 

can I request a specific delivery time?

As of now our delivery times are between 11am - 6pm. If you have a specific date and time in mind, please contact us directly or leave a detailed description in the notes.
